Wonderful country Czech Republic is famous for not only an amazing architecture of cities and originality of customs, but also an unique delicious desserts. I have compiled for you the small list of sweet dishes that are certainly worth a taste.
Trdelnik
Trdlo – it is an original tasty dish that looks like puff donuts or sweet tubes. At first trdelnik was cooked in Transylvania, but most of all is loved in Czech Republic – there it’s cooked everywhere and always and recognized as one of the main national delicacies. Cooking of the dish is quite simple, but requires some skill: a dough is wrapped around a steel rod and processed by the fire, and then sprinkled with walnuts and sugar. Real jam!

Strudel
Since the existence of Austro-Hungarian state strudel was recognized as one of the most favorite delicacies of the country and this is not surprising – elegant dish is created from the finest dough and delicious fruit or cream filling and is able to win a taste of even the most refined gourmet. In modern Czechia strudels are prepared in almost every cafe and restaurant by a special recipe – unique for each cook.

Sweet dumplings
Sweet dumplings are delicious beads coated with crispy salty crust. The dish is considered to be quite unusual delicacy and prepared in the Czech Republic for the following technology: nubbin of thin dough is boiled in salty water and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and sugar. Then the dessert is served with sweet cream and jam.
